Regarding ‘Ali's claim and Sahib Jan's condition, 1918
‘Ali claims that Husayn Jan, son of the late Mashhadi Zaynal, owes him twenty tumans. Sahib Jan, daughter of the late Nazar ‘Ali Khan and Husayn Jan’s mother, pledges to pay this amount within four months, with the condition that ‘Ali swears in front of Aqa Sayyid Muhammad Baqir in order to receive the money.

Power of attorney given by Khanum Saltanat, daughter of Mirza ‘Abd Allah and wife of the late Sayyid ‘Ali Akbar from Shiraz, to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin (known as Saham al-Shari‘ah), son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, in order to get her share and the share of her daughter, Shazdah Baygum, whose inheritance was transferred to Khanum Saltanat when she died, of her deceased husband's possessions, including household furnishing and money, that her brother-in-law, Sayyid ‘Abd al-Razzaq, holds.

Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin should investigate the dispute between Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali and his wife (daughter of Shaykh Muhammad Riza), and Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali's sister and her husband (Haj Shaykh ‘Abd al-Husayn), over the ownership of some household furnishings. Additionally, Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin will witness the divorce of Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali and his wife, and Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali promises not to go back to his wife after the divorce. Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali and Shaykh Muhammad Riza's seals are at the end of the document.

Mirza Baqir's petition about the death of his wife and child, 1919
Mirza Baqir, an employee of the Finance Ministry in Kirman, claims that while he had left Hutkan to collect his wages in Jiruft, Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali from Sarbanan had taken the writer's wife and his two children along with their household furnishing to his home. A few days later, Mirza Baqir's wife passed away and his children were sent to Hutkan on a pack animal. One of them stopped drinking milk and died eight days later. He is asking for justice.

Power of attorney to claim ownership, 1911
Power of attorney given by Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Mirza Muhammad Husayn Mustawfi, son of Mirza Asad Allah Mustawfi, known as Sabir, to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, in order to claim the ownership of both sides of a specific house in the Ishaq Bayg neighborhood as well as the house furnishings, and also to get all the rental income that ‘Abd al-Husayn Sahib Tajir from Kolkata owed Khanum Sadr al-‘Aliyah, the permanent wife of Mirza Muhammad Husayn Mustawfi, from prior times and which is now part of her inheritance. Muhammad Husayn's seal is at the end.

Settlement between Agha Tikkah Khanum (daughter of Haji Mirza ‘Ali Muhammad from Shiraz) and her husband, Fath Allah (son of the late Haji Abu al-Qasim son of Haji Rustam Anbar-dar [storage keeper]), over one-fourth of the late Haji Abu al-Qasim's inheritance (which includes Agha Tikkah Khanum's mahr of sixty tumans and also an additional one thousand tumans) for one hundred and twenty tumans, and an additional charik [unit of weight] of sugar cubes as the cost of detriment.

Settlement of Karbalayi Husayn, son of the late Rahmat Allah Bayg, over parts of his properties worth fifty tumans with his daughter, Batul Khanum, for some nabat (crystal candy); settlement of Karbalayi Husayn with his sons, Jamshid Bayg and Muhammad Rahim, over the rest of his properties for one thousand dinars and some nabat, under the condition that they spend fifty tumans for his funeral and fifty tumans for Batul's dowry.
